Black and Tan Hummus

Ingredients
1 cup cooked black beans, drained 1 cup cooked chickpeas, drained 1 tsp olive oil 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp fat-free, plain yogurt 2 tbsp water 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin 1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor (for coarser hummus) or blender (for fine hummus)
Process until pureed and creamy, adding a bit more water if required.
Chill before serving.
