Cheesy Creamy Chicken Rotel Rice

Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts1 Box Zataran's Yellow Rice1 Onion - Chopped1 - 2 Cans Corn (Drained)1 Can Black Beans (Drained)1 Pkg. Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 Can Cream of Chicken1 Can Rotel
Directions
Place chicken in bottom of crock-pot. Dice onion and place on chicken. Spoon cream of chicken soup (as is) over chicken breasts. Cover and cook on Low for 7-8 hours, (or on High for 3-4 hours). Shred cooken chicken and stir. Add cooked rice, corn, beans, rotel, and cheese to chicken, and stir. Let sit for 5 min to allow cheese to melt.

Serve, and enjoy.
