Lemon Salad Dressing

6 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 TBSP Lemon Juice1 TSP Salt1 Clove GarlicPepper to taste
Directions
Chop the garlic very fine and mix together with the salt. Whisk in the lemon juice and olive oil. Add the black pepper to taste.

Serving Size: makes a 1/2 cup of dressing. So 16 servings of 1tbsp
