broth 1 rotissery chicken wholetwo stalks of celery 1 apple1 medium oniontwo cloves of garlictwo bay leavessoup meat from chicken brothtwo stalks of celery diced3 carrots diced1 medium onion diced 1 sweet potato diced1 cup of brown rice cooked
boil chicken with 1 apple two bay leaves two stalks of celery, 1 onion, and two whole cloves of garlic. simmer for 2-4 hours cool then seperate the chicken from the bones. and strain broth. add 1 medium onion to the pan and saute till clear then add broth chicken celery carrots and sweet potato back into pan and simmer for 30 min to 1 hr till the veggies are tender..
