1 cup macadamia nuts (or walnuts for creamier texture)1 cup medjool dates, pitted1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (Nevitas brand is great)Frosting:1 avocado2 TBSP honey 2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder2 tsp vanilla extractdash celtic sea salt 1/4 tsp vietnamese cinnamon
put brownie ingredients into food processor and process until its the consistency of potting soil. pat into 8x8 pan.
frosting: put all ingredients into food process and process until creamy. spread on top of brownie mixture and freeze for 1 hour. store in fridge.
