Ingredients
1 Can Black Beans1 Can White Corn1 Can Black-eye Peas1 Red Pepper1 Yellow Pepper1 small red onionRinse and drain all of the canned ingredients. Cut peppers and onions into small chunks.1 cup sugar3/4 cup oil3/4 cup apple cider vinegar1 tsp saltBring to a oil in a small sauce pan. Let cool and then pour over bean mixture.Refrigerate at least one hour, but is best overnight.
