Seared and Steamed Herbed Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, cut up2 TBSP olive oil1/2 cup- 1 cup chicken brothsalt and pepperTuscan Herbs (thyme, parsley, oregano, garlic, fennel)
Directions
Heat up a 2 quart saute pan with lid. Add olive oil and when its hot, add cauliflower. Sear until sides are brown. Salt and pepper. Throw in chicken broth- depending on how much cauliflower you have, add enough broth to to cover bottom of pan. add tuscan herbs. cover and let steam for 10-20 min, until tender.
