Ingredients
Burger Ingredients:-----------1 lb 99% Fat-Free Ground Turkey Breast1 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Curry Powder1 tsp Paprika (for color) 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes1/2 tsp each Salt and ground black pepper1 Large Egg1 tsp Worchestershire sauce1 TBSP Anchovy Paste1/2 Cup Ancient Grains Quinoa Flakes (or rolled oats)Toppings/"Bun"------------12 bibb or romaine lettuce leaves1 small red onion, sliced1 ripe avocado, sliced1 medium tomato, slicedDijon mustard
Directions
Mix the burger ingredients well. Form into 6 patties and cook in a pan with vegetable oil spray until no longer pink in the middle.

Instead of a bun, use Bibb or Romaine lettuce leaves.
Top with mustard, red onion, tomato, and avocado slices.

NOTE: the veggies and mustard ARE included in the calorie count.

I like to serve them with oven-baked sweet potato fries!
