Turkey & Cheese Scramble

Ingredients
3 large eggs1/2 c liquid egg whites3 slices sliced lunch turkey meat1/2 c 2% shredded cheddar1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Makes 3 servings
1. Heat oilive oil in skillet.
2. Place turkey into hot oil and "fry".
3. Beat eggs with egg whites with a fork and add to turkey in skillet.
4. Cook eggs and turkey until almost completely cooked.
5. Add cheese to eggs and finish cooking eggs.
