Tuna Ceviche with pico de gallo & avocado

Ingredients
10 oz Albacore tuna 8 oz. fresh pico de gallo1 large fresh avocado1 large freshly squeezed lemon juicesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Serve with low fat corn chips or gluten free rice chips or whole wheat crackers or for a lower carb dish...serve on a red or boston lettuce leaf! Delicious!
