Gluten Free Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef3 sweet italian turkey sausage links (casings removed)2 Tbsp ground flax meal2 Tbsp ground almond meal1/4 cup tomato paste + 2Tbsp (divided)1 large eggsalt, cumin, garlic powder to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl (reserving 2 Tbsp of the tomato paste). Form into a loaf and place in an oven safe cooking dish. Bake at 375 deg F for 1 hour or until internal temperature reads about 160 deg F. At 30 minutes cooking time spread reserved tomato paste onto top of loaf then continue baking.

Serving Size: makes one large loaf - cut into 8, 3 oz. individual servings
