Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 12 ozOlive Oil, .25 cupSalt, .5 tspPepper, black, .5 tspGarlic, 6 tspOnions, raw, 1 largeWhite Wine, 4 fl oz
Directions
Quickly cook meat in frying pan, being careful not ovecook. Set aside.
Meanwhile, in a seperate saucepan, mix rest of ingredients with a bit of water (or white wine if desired) and cook until onions are soft. Top meat with onion mixture.
