Chicken Pockets

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 can (8oz) of crescent rolls1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Cook chicken and cut into pieces (to cook chicken boil water then add chicken and let cook for about 20 minutes)
Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perferations together to seal.
Pat our each rectangle and put chicken in the center of each
Fill each one with cheese and fold dough over to close. Press firmly on the edges to seal completely
Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown

    I knew this was going to be very bland so I cooked the chicken in a pan and seasoned the heck out of it. THEN I made the pockets . Everyone liked it alot. I gave it a 3 star because I had to spruce the base recipe up to give it some flavor. If you season the chicken it is a 5 star recipe! - 3/8/08
