1 Roasting Chicken, 3 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Garlic, 5 clove Salt, .5 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 3 serving
Place all ingredients in a roasting bag. Follow the instructions on the Roasting bag box.
Chicken is done when the top is golden brown. The meat should just fall away from the bone with little or no pressure.
