Instant oatsUnsweetened apple sauceCarb-Free protein powder (I like vanilla whey and make sure 1 scoop is equal to 30g of protein)Almond butterwater (just a bit)cinnamon
Directions
mix the oatmeal and applesauce with a little bit of water (like you would an instant pack of oatmeal) and cooked for 1.5-2 min in the microwave
