Smoke Salmon Omelet

Ingredients
Egg white, fresh, 2 largeEgg, fresh, 1 large Smoked Salmon (lox), 3 ozSalt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash Parsley, dried, 1 tsp Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Bread (1 slice), 1 serving *Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields *Cooking Spray, Pam, 1 serving
Directions
Beat Eggs. Add Salt and Pepper, Parsley. Cook in medium heat after spraying pot with Pam Cooking Spray.

Serve on toast with Smoked salmon or seperaty. Add lemon juice to Smoke Salmon
