PB2 & Oat Protein Bars

1 cup, PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)1.5 cups old fashioned oats1 tbs canola oil0.5 cups soy milk (or other milk)2 cups vanilla protein powder0.25 cups chopped almonds0.5 cups water
- Combine PB2 with soy milk, oil, and water then stir
- Microwave for 20-30 seconds
- Combine wet ingredients into a larger bowl with oats and protein powder
- Combine until mostly incorporated together (add water a little at a time as needed)
- Spray an 8x8 pan with oil or line with foil
- Press mixture into pan and refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting into 12 snack size bars
