Linda's breakfast smoothie

1 C Lactaid 2% milk1 C sugar free, fat free vanilla yogurt 1 small banana1 C frozen berries2 Tbls Splenda
Directions
1. Mix in blender. Blend on liquify till nice and smooth.

2. pour into 2 glasses and enjoy
