Quinoa Upma Salad

Ingredients
2 cups Protein Quinoa Upma1 cup Romaine Lettuce4 tbsp Guacamole1 Lemon juice2 tbsp finely chopped onion2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes1 tbsp cilantro2 tbsp finely chopped red bell pepper1 tbsp finely chopped jalapeno1 tsp Sprouts EVOO
Directions
Take the upma into a bowl. Add onions, tomatoes, cilantro and red bell pepper, jalapenos, squeeze lemon juice, EVOO and toss everything well. Serve into 3 cups in equal portions, top with lettuce and guacamole.
