Creamy Pasta Primavera

1 TBSP Olive Oil1 large chicken breast cut into strips (or 2 small)1 Sweet Bell pepper (red, yellow, or orange) cut into strips4 cups fresh spinach2 cloves garlic1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning1/2 tsp salt1 shake crushed red pepper flakes8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese1/4 cup milk8 oz whole wheat pasta cooked
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
Heat oil in large skillet, add chicken and cook 5-7 minutes until done.
Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and red pepper flakes. Add pepper and spinach.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted
Add milk.
Add Pasta and stir together.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
