Ingredients
Dressing:2 Tbsp. Walnut oil1 Tbsp. Olive oil1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar1 Tbsp. finely chopped Shallot2 tsp Dijon mustard6 cups Raw Baby Spinach1/2 C crumbled goat cheese1/3 C chopped walnuts
Directions
Whisk together the first 5 ingredients. Toss last 3 ingredients together then add dressing mixture and toss.
