Tee's White Potato Salad (made with egg whites)

Ingredients
4 cups diced white potato4 large egg whites2 tbsp diced jalapeno peppers2 tbsp sweet relish2 tbsp light duke mayo2 tbsp fat free lilly sour cream1 tbsp spicy mustard1 tsp paprika
Directions
Cook potatoes until slightly soft.
Cook the eggs and then seperate whites from yolk.
Mix ingrediants.
Cool and serve.
