Quinoa with Black Beans and Lime

Ingredients
1 cup quinoa2 cups water1 can black beans, rinsed1 avocado, dicedabout handful of cherry tomatoes, cut into halves or 1/rjuice of 1 limejuice of 1 lemon3 tbsp EVOO
Directions
Cook quinoa according to directions.
When it's finished cooking, add rinsed black beans, cherry tomatoes, avocado, EVOO, lime juice and lemon juice. Stir to combine and eat! Good served warmed or chilled.
