Mini Cheesecakes with Stevia

Ingredients
Lightly spray base of foil cups. Sprinkle slivered almonds between the cups. Add 2 blocks of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup egg beaters, 1 t. vanilla, 2 t. grated lemon peel and stevia to taste into a bowl. Mix til combined.Spoon batter into each cup and bake.
Directions
Divide batter in 12 foil muffin cups. Bake at 225 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
