Flax Wheat Germ Blueberry Muffins

1 C Whole Wheat Flour1 C toasted Wheat Germ1/4 C Ground Flazseed1/2 C sugar4 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp Nutmeg1/2 tsp salt1 egg3/4 C Skim Milk1/2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice1 C Unsweetened Applesauce3/4 C blueberries
Preheat to 350 degrees and spray muffin tins with cooking oil spray
Mix all dry ingredients well in a large bowl. (Not berries)
In a medium bowl mix the wet ingredients well. (Not berries)
Add wet to the dry mixing well then fold in blueberries.
Fill 15 muffins cups with equal amounts of batter. Bake 20-25 minutes.
