Chick pea date bites

Ingredients
Coconut, sweetened, 1 cupChickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cupDates, .5 cup, pitted, chopped Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Oats, Quaker, .25 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)water to blend (3 tbsp. to 1/4 c.)
Directions
Add coconut, chickpeas, dates, vanilla extract and oats to food processor. Process until dates are incorporated.
Slowly add water until sticks together.
Shape into 1" balls and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate.
