Maple Nut Granola

Ingredients
1C water1/2C honey1T molasses1T vanilla1T maple extract1t salt2C pitted dates1C almonds12C old fashioned oats2C quick oats1/2C ground flax1/2C shredded unsweetened coconut2C coarsely chopped walnuts
Directions
1. Place water, honey, molasses, extracts, dates and almonds into a blender. ( Let soak for 15 minutes and use hot water if your dates are on the harder side) Blend for a couple of minutes until smooth.
( Very thick)
2. Place the remaining ingredients into a large bowl and add the blender mixture. Mix well with hands.
3. Spread the mixture onto 2 large cookie sheets. Do not press, leave light and airy.
4. Bake 175 for about 8 hours. No need to stir but I did stir once or twice near end of baking.
