Ingredients
2 scoops (42 g) of Vanilla Protein Mix1/2 C of strawberries, Pineapple and Orange slices each1/4 C of Ice1/4 C of Water 4 Tsp of Pineapple juice
Directions
In your blender, combine all ingredients for at least 4-5 minutes until well blended. Scrape the sides if need be.
