Grilled Chicken Breast (3 oz.)Red Leaf or Romaine Lettuce (1 cup)Avocado, fresh (.50)Cherry Tomatoes (10-12)Celery (1 stalk) May be omitted if allergic!!!White Wine Vinegar (2 TLBS)You may add other vegetables if needed.
Directions
Grill the chicken and cut into small pieces. I like to season with lemon pepper.
