Easy Chicken, Shrimp, and Okra Gumbo

Shrimp, raw, 3 ozTurkey breast meat, 3 ounce(s)*Okra and Tomatoes - Trappey's, 1 canGreat Value Tomatoes (Chili Ready) 1/2 canOnions, raw, .5 cup, choppedGarlic, 2 clovesOlive Oil, Extra Virgin, .5 tbsMrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp
Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces. Peel the shrimp. Season with lemon pepper seasoning to taste and set aside. Chop the onion and garlic. Pour oil into pan and add the garlic and onion. When lightly cooked, add chicken and saute until done. Pour whole can of gumbo and 1/2 of tomatoes into pan. Heat until boiling. Once it boils, turn heat down low and add shrimp. Simmer for 10 minutes until shrimp is done.
