Soy Ginger Marinade

1 tsp olive oil2 tsp ground ginger1 tbsp minced garlic1 tbsp lime juice1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce2 tbsp honey1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
In a gallon zipper bag, combine all ingredients. Add whatever fish or chicken and allow to marinate for at least 4 hours in the fridge. Overnight is best. Either grill or bake meat until done.
