Garlic Mashed Potato - Just like Mom Used to Make!

4 large potatoesI Can't Believe it's Not Butter - Fat Free (6 tbsp)Garlic Power (2 tbsp)Chicken Broth (99% fat free)2% Milk (.5 cup)
Put potatoes into large cooking pot. Fill with cold water just enough to cover potatoes, add a dash of salt if desired. Turn on heat and cook potatoes until tender and able to be pierced with a fork. Drain - DO NOT RINSE. Peel potatoes and return to pan. Add milk, butter, broth and garlic powder. Mash until large lumps disappear. If you like fluffier potatoes, use an electric mixer and mix potatoes. If you like a thicker texture, continue to mash with hand "masher". When you get to desired consistancy, serve and garnish with 1 tbsp chives. Bon Appetit!
