2 Large Cans of chicken (10-12oz)2 stalks of celery chopped small1/2 onion chopped small1/2 Cup Mayo (I use low fat)1/2 Cup Whipped Topping (Fat Free)1 Cup of Pecans chopped small (optional)1 Cup of Craisins (dried Cranberries)
Mix all ingredients together and top bread or crackers or even lettuce. It's wonderful !!!
