Chicken A La King (Microwave)

Ingredients
3 tbsp margarine or butter1/2 cup flour2 cup skim milk1cup chicken broth2 cups chicken4 oz red peppers (or pimento)4 oz green peppers1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
in 2 qt. casserole, melt margarine/butter. Blend in flour, gradually stirring in skim milk and chicken broth. Microwave on High for 8-10 min, stirring with whisk after 4 minutes, until thick and smooth. Stir well again. Mix in chicken, red peppers/pimento, green peppers. Cover and cook on Med/High 7-10 minutes until hot. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving. Add 1t salt and 1/4 t pepper
