cucumber wrap

Ingredients
1 peeled cucumber1 package cream cheese2 tablespoons cream cheese2 tbls chopped onionspinch of salt2 Flat Breads, Flatout Flat bread Multi Grain w/ Flax
Directions
Set cream cheese out to room temp.
Dice half the cucumber into small bits.
Cream together cream cheese, cucumber bits and onions. Add pinch of salt.
Spread half of mixture on one flat bread. Slice the other half of cucumber, adding half of the slices on top of cream cheese spread. Roll, slice.
Repeat on 2nd flat bread.

Serving Size: makes 8 slices per flat bread, 16 total servings
