Low Fat Pancakes

Ingredients
3 Bananas1/3 + 1/4 C Whole Wheat Flour3 eggs
Directions
Mash the bananas, add eggs and mix (I still had chunks of banana, they just turn gooey when cooking). Add whole wheat flour and stir. Pan fry on medium heat.

Serving Size: We made 2 small and 2 med pancakes.
