Blueberry Oat Flaxseed Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup quick oats1/2 cup sour cream1/2 cup applesauce1/4 cup brown sugar1/3 cup canola oil1 egg1 teaspoon orange extract1 cup whole wheat flour2 tablespoons ground flaxseed1 teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 cup blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F

In large bowl combine oats, sour cream, applesauce, brown sugar, canola oil, egg, and orange extract.

In a separate bowl combine flour, flasxeed, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda. Set 2 tbsp aside. Combine remainder with wet ingredients.

Coat blueberries with the set aside flour mixture. Fold into batter.

Spoon into greased muffin tins. Cook 25 minutes.
