Ingredients
2Tbl Butter or Coconut oil1 med yellow onion4 ounces mushrooms sliced1 16 oz bac french-cut green beans thawed1 cup chicken broth8 oz. low fat cream cheese3 tbl grated parmesan1/8 tsp ground red pepper
Directions
Cook onions in butter. Add cream cheese to melt then add to the mushrooms and green beans. Season to taste.
