2 Tbsp Flax seed meal1 Tbsp cocoa, unsweetened1/4 tsp baking powder2 Tbsp Whey Protein Powder Vanilla Body Fortress1 Tbsp water or DaVinci vanilla sugar free syrup1 large egg1 tsp coconut oil
Makes 2 servings.
In a 2 cup pyrex measuring cup melt coconut oil in microwave 5 seconds. Add water and egg. Mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix well with fork or whisk. Cover with plastic wrap, cut slit in plastic wrap to vent steam. Cook in microwave on high for 1 minute. Cooking may vary depending on microwave wattage.
