1 box of Fantastic foods Nature's burger mix1 onion choppedfew stalks of celery chopped1 cup mushrooms1 green pepper1/2 tbls oil of your choice 1 can black beans1 cup water6tbls ketchup1/2 can tomato paste1/3 cup of sooji/semolina/cream of wheatspices of your choice I usedsalt , pepper,turmeric, chilli powder, cumin,coriander 1cup water
cook celery onion and any other vegetable you like in small amount of oil till soft. drain and rinse canned beans and mash 3/4 of them . add all ingredients and spices plus 1 cup water stir together and form into loafs
