Leah's Chicken Taco Soup

Ingredients
4 frozen chicken breast (32 oz)1 onion chopped1 package taco seasoning2 small cans Rotel tomatoes with chili1 clove chopped garlic1 tsp cumin1 can light beer
Directions
Mix all in crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 5 hours. Once chicken is cooked, take out and shred. Mix chicken back in the soup and allow it to heat thoroughly. Serve with low fat sour cream or cheddar cheese if desired.
