Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
6 Tbls Butter1/2 c. chopped onion1/2 c. chopped carrot1/2 c. flour3 c. chicken broth2 c. diced cooked chicken or turkey2 c. wild rice1/2 tsp salt1 c.skim milk
Directions
in large pot saute onion and carrot in butter. Add flour, stir well and slowly add broth. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Add chicken, rice and salt. Simmer 5 min. Add milk and heat to desired temp.
