MM Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1.3 pd ground turkey (93% lean)1 28 oz can tomato sauce1 15 oz can tomato sauce1/2 cup V8 juice2 potatoes peeled, diced and parcooked in microwave for 8 minutes1 bag frozen soup vegetables1 bag frozen mixed vegetablescabbage, 1/2 small head
Directions
Brown meat with salt, pepper, add cabbage and cook/sweat until it is soft, add all other ingredients, and enough water to fill to top of 6 qt simmer until done.
