No Net Carb Flaxseed Muffin

Ingredients
1/4 c flaxseed meal1/2 teas. baking powderdash salt2 teas. olive oil1/2 teas. oregano1/2 teas. basil1/4 teas garlic powder1 egg
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large microwavable coffee mug. Microwave on high for 68 seconds.

Let cool.

Cut in half and toast.
