Ingredients
Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large Plain Fat Free Yogurt, 1 TbspPepper, black, 1 dash*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp *Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 1 tbspSalt, 1 dashparsley, 1 tsp
Directions
Boil the egg for 7 minutes maximum

Once cooked, remove the outer shell and mash it up in a small bowl with a fork

Add the remainder of the ingredients and mix well, add more salt and pepper if needed.
