Joes Favorite Pizza Dough

Ingredients
2.25 yeast active dry yeast.25 cup of brown sugar1.1/2 water- 110 degrees1 tsp of salt1 tbs of oregno1 tbs of rosemary or thyme2 tbs of oil1.5 cups of bread flour2. cups of reg flour
Directions
in large bowl dissolve yeast , sugar let it stand for 10 mins
put all ingredents into the bread maker (per bread maker instructions) and turn on the dough option.
Turn oven on 425 - place dough only in oven for 5mins to firm up the crust before putting on sauce- put toppings on and cook another 12-15 mins

Serving Size: makes 2 round pizzas about 16 slices
