Fideo con Carne

Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground beef1 onion2 garlic cloves2 T canola oil6 cups chicken broth2 cans tomato saucecumin, pinch or twosalt to tastedried cilantro, pinch or two
Directions
Heat oil in Dutch oven. Add onions and garlic. Add ground beef once onions have softened. Brown beef. Add remaining ingredients except vermicelli. Bring to boil. Add vermicelli. Cook 7-8 minutes.
