Baked tilapia

Ingredients
1 frozen tilpia filet or other mild flavored fish1 tbsp olive oil1/4 tsp Durkee Citrus Grill seasoning or other citrus based seasoningNon stick aluminum foil is also handy
Directions
Thaw fish according to package directions. Cover baking sheet with non stick foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour olive oil into shallow bowl. When fish is completely thawed, dip fish into olive oil until coated. Lay on baking sheet and sprinkle with citrus seasoning. Bake until flakes easily with a fork approximately 7-10 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 1 serving but easily multiplied
