Hearty chicken soup

Ingredients
Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 400 grams Garlic, 20 grams Onions, raw, 200 grams Carrots, raw, 300 grams Parsnips, 180 grams *Swede, 250 gram *Oxo chicken stock 100ml, 4 serving Barley, pearled, cooked, 100 grams Split Peas, 120 grams Lentils, 125 grams *asda tomato puree, 1.5 tbsp Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
Directions
Soak barley split peas an lentils for 8-12 hr before hand.
Cook off Chicken garlic and onion till cooked throughout.
Add chopped vegetables an sweat down for 20 minutes!
Then add barley split peas an lentils followed by chicken stock tomato puree an chopped canned tomatoes!
Then leave to cook in a slow cooker for about an hour an half.
