Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breast2 cans cream of mushroom soup1 cup of white cooking wineone onion chopped2 cans of mushroomst TBS chicken soup base1 cup of low fat sour creamsalt pepper to taste
Directions
simmer chicken in cooking wine, chopped onions, and mushrooms. When no longer pink, remove chicken. Let cool and cut into bite size pieces. Add to mushroom onion mixture. Add cans of cream of mushroom soup and stir until heated through. Add one cup of low fat sour cream at the end of cooking. Serve over parsley butter noodles.
